Fire Damages Birth Control Clinic

KALAMAZOO, Mich. —
A fire of suspicious origin swept through a Planned Parenthood birth control clinic early today, causing an estimated $750,000 in damage, officials said.
Bomb attacks against Planned Parenthood centers and clinics where abortions are performed stand at five this year, down from 11 in 1985 and 25 in 1984, according to a Planned Parenthood report.
