California Christmas Tree Put Up at U.S. Capitol

WASHINGTON —
A 59-foot Shasta red fir Christmas tree from the Klamath National Forest in Northern California was erected on the Capitol grounds Monday and will be decorated with thousands of ornaments made by California schoolchildren, authorities said.
