The Voyager experimental aircraft completed what its pilots hope was their last test flight Thursday before attempting their non-stop flight around the world. But the weather did not appear to be cooperating. Pilots Dick Rutan and Jeana Yeager had a successful 4 1/2-hour flight, but if they do not take off within the next few days for their 12-day, 27,000-mile hop, the flight will have to be delayed until spring.
