Symphony Aided by Renaissance Hotel Opening

The grand opening of the $40-million, 380-room Ramada Renaissance Hotel, 111 E. Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, was a benefit for the Long Beach Symphony.
The dinner/dance celebration was attended by about 500 persons, with entertainment provided by the Fifth Dimension.
Featured in the upscale hotel are four dining and refreshment facilities and the Renaissance Club area on the top two floors, with 74 deluxe guest rooms and suites.
