Story Captured Spirit

Ruth Ryon did a feature story on my company, Royal UNpacking (Oct. 26), and I want to express my gratitude for her outstanding article. Not only was everything accurate, but she captured the spirit of the service.

My phone has not stopped ringing, and what I hear most often is the “spirit of the article.”

Because of her superb style of writing, wire services all over the country have picked up the story and the San Francisco Chronicle and the Chicago Sun Times are running the story and called to get pictures.
