Raise Cain and Hell, Not Fat Cat Salaries

It’s probably best that the writer of “Boost for the Best” (Editorial pages, Dec. 19) remains anonymous. He’s right: As an average American, I’m outraged that he advocates raising a government employee’s salary to $160,000 when I only make $5 an hour. I’m galled when I see that he actually wants the rest of us to join the bandwagon to further line the pockets of the proverbial fat cats of this country. And the source of all those “extra” revenues? My $5-an-hour salary, no doubt.
