Two Chinese Held as Spies for South Korea

PEKING —
Two Chinese men have been arrested and charged with spying for South Korea, official Peking television said last week.
It said Li Xihua and Zho Yongdou were arrested by public security officials at Tumen in northeast China near the border with North Korea, Seoul’s arch enemy.
