J. M. Smucker Co. of Orrville, Ohio, named Timothy P. Smucker chairman and Richard K. Smucker president. Paul H. Smucker, who had been chairman, will become chairman of the executive committee and will remain chief executive. Timothy Smucker had been president and Richard Smucker had been executive vice president.
