The Justice Department said that Stefan Leili, formerly of Clifton, N.J., has been stripped of his U.S. citizenship after he admitted serving as a guard at a Nazi concentration camp in Austria and shooting a Jewish prisoner, who had no chance of escape, in the back. Leili, 77, slipped out of the United States in August and is believed to be in West Germany.
