Recently I watched “The Cavanaughs” and “Dads,” and to my dismay, they are so-called copycats. “The Cavanaughs” is, in my opinion, supposed to be like “Our House,” which I enjoy very much. “Dads” is supposed to be like “Kate & Allie,” which I also enjoy. I really wish writers would be more original in their ideas.
