Western Security Bank of Toluca Lake named Hugh F. Waddell to the new position of executive vice president. He will be responsible for all day-to-day operations, the bank said. Waddell, who has been with the bank since it was founded in 1983, was previously senior vice president, where his role was mainly with administration and lending.
