Traditional Industries Pays $4 Million for A.J.K.

Traditional Industries said it bought A.J.K. Inc. for $4 million in stock, cash and notes.
A.J.K., a Los Angeles-based company with $6 million in annual sales, markets photographic supplies and services. Traditional, based in Westlake Village, sells photo supplies in packages, primarily to young families. The company has annual sales of $21 million.
