‘Quiet Dinner’ Planned for Reagan’s Birthday

WASHINGTON — Nancy Reagan is planning a small dinner party to celebrate President Reagan’s 76th birthday on Feb. 6, her spokeswoman said Friday. Elaine Crispen said a “quiet dinner” is being arranged with close friends Charles Z. Wick and Geoffrey Swaebe and their wives.
