Four promotions have been announced by Compton-based Ralphs Grocery Co. for its marketing department. They are: Dave Kuri, to group vice president-non-perishable division; Graham Lee, to grocery division director; Tim Snee, to director of the general merchandise division, and Kevin Davis, to director of sales and advertising.
