WASHINGTON — Jean Baptiste Point du Sable, a founder of Chicago, will be honored with the issuance of the 10th stamp in the Black Heritage series, the U.S. Postal Service has announced. The 22-cent commemorative stamp will be issued Feb. 20 in Chicago.
