The diary of a teen-ager slain during a sexual encounter in New York’s Central Park contains nothing that would help the man accused of killing her and does not have to be given to his lawyers, a judge ruled. The ruling by state Supreme Court Justice Howard Bell shot down the defense argument that Jennifer Levin’s diary chronicled “kinky and aggressive sexual activities” and could aid Robert Chambers, charged with murder in her death. Chambers, 20, is accused of strangling Levin, 18, during a tryst last Aug. 26.
