Brock Elected Head of Apartment Assn.

David Brock, a partner in the property-management firm Beven & Brock, has been elected president of the Foothill Apartment Assn., a trade group representing owners of rental property in the San Gabriel Valley and east San Fernando Valley.
Also elected were Mark Hilbert, Energy Optimization Inc., vice president; Lynne Frances, Rainbow Cleaning Co., treasurer, and Roberta Baron, Bliss Keeler Investments, secretary.
