Standard Pacific Posts Record Net of $25.7 Million

Standard Pacific, a Costa Mesa home builder and mortgage banker, announced record net earnings for 1986 of $25.7 million, up 33% from $19.4 million in 1985. Revenues for the year were $310.6 million, up 17% from $265.8 million.

Net income for the fourth quarter was $8.5 million, up 18% from the year-earlier $7.1 million, while sales for the period of $111.6 million were up 23% from $91 million.
