Dear Lady Beth,

I still remember the day we met. It was November 13, 1959. You took care of me right from the start. You bought me a new car and a new home, helped me and my wife raise two beautiful children.

We went together for 23 years. We never had an argument until December 9, 1982. That’s when you told me to leave. I don’t know what happened but if it’s something I said or done wrong, I’m really sorry.

I would love to hug you, but why are you so cold?
