Grenada Crime Rate Up

ST. GEORGE'S, Grenada —
Police Commissioner Russell Toppin reported Friday that Grenada’s 1986 crime rate was nearly double that of the previous year. Newspaper reports attributed the rise to an increase in the use of illegal drugs.
