Record sales and net income was reported by The Limited of Columbus, Ohio, for the fiscal year and fourth quarter ended July 31, 1987. Full year sales rose 32% and net income 57%. For the fourth quarter revenue was up 25% and profit increased 56%. It was the most profitable year in the firm’s 23-year history, a spokesman said.
