Bus Falls; 40 Feared Dead

DHAKA, Bangladesh — A bus fell into a river in trying to pull onto a ferry that already had left the dock, and at least 40 people were feared killed, police said today.
Police at Sunamganj, 170 miles northeast of Dhaka, said the bus was carrying about 55 passengers when it plunged into the Mahasingh River on Tuesday.
