Complete casts for the 1987-88 season of seven operas, plus a tentative schedule of eight productions--including Rossini’s “Tancredi,” with Marilyn Horne in the title role--for the 1988-89 season, were released by Los Angeles Music Center Opera on Wednesday.

In addition, Peter Hemmings, the company’s executive director, announced the additions of Dudley Moore as Koko in “The Mikado,” and Mara Zampieri as Lady Macbeth in Verdi’s opera (both in 1987-88) and in 1988-89 revivals of “Salome” and “Otello,” both from the inaugural season. The production of Verdi’s “La Traviata” has been canceled.

For 1987-88, Benjamin Britten’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” has been added to the schedule. It will be conducted by Robert Duerr and staged by Gordon Davidson, and performed five times in the Wiltern Theatre from Feb. 16-21, 1988.
