A judge reduced bond from $100,000 to $20,000 for two men held two weeks on charges of child neglect after being found in a Tallahassee, Fla., playground with six bedraggled children. Douglas Edward Ammerman and James Michael Holwell, both of Washington, were returned to the Leon County Jail after the hearing before County Judge George Reynolds. Ammerman, 27, and Holwell, 23, were charged with one misdemeanor count each of child neglect after police found them with the dirty children, ranging in age from 2 to 7.
