Anti-Israeli unrest flared again in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip as Palestinian teen-agers stoned Israeli troops and civilians and the army responded with tear gas and gunfire. Much of the unrest was traceable to the death of an Arab taxi driver killed Wednesday after he ran down and injured two Israeli soldiers near Nablus. Israel radio reported that about 60 residents of the Askar refugee camp held a symbolic funeral for the driver, shouting “nationalistic (pro-Palestine Liberation Organization) slogans” and attempting to set up roadblocks with rocks and burning tires.
