Three Communist officials in the Soviet republic of Kazakhstan were stripped of their party posts because of ethical violations or nepotism, Tass reported. Vladimir K. Kadyrbayev and Seilkhan A. Akkoziyev were ousted from their respective positions as leader of the republic’s trade unions and government head in the Dzhambul region. Dyusetai B. Bekezhanov, a former aide to the ousted Kazakh leader Dinmukhamed A. Kunayev, was also removed from the party, Tass said. The news agency said the removals were approved by the Central Committee of the republic’s party organization.
