Tight security, including agents of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, was evident at the arraignment of 56 counterdemonstrators arrested during a massive civil rights march in Forsyth County, Ga. Jan. 24. Among those being arraigned in Cumming was David Duke of New Orleans, a former Ku Klux Klan member who is president of the National Assn. for the Advancement of White People. Duke pleaded innocent, and an April 17 trial date was set on charges of obstruction of a public highway and reckless conduct.
