Oops. As many as 10,000 CDs of Lawrence Welk’s “Polka Party” may not be what the labels say they are. Some unsuspecting fans who bought “Polka Party” heard the sound track from the punk movie “Sid and Nancy,” Bernice McGeehan, a spokeswoman for Welk Enterprises, said Tuesday. “The CDs apparently were mislabeled at the factory in Japan,” she said. “We got several telephone calls yesterday from ladies who said they were shocked by the language on the record. They said they couldn’t even repeat it.”
