Christian activist Alexander Ogorodnikov, 36, has been freed from a Soviet labor camp after serving more than eight years on charges of anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda, Yelena Bonner, wife of dissident Andrei D. Sakharov, who was recently released from internal exile, said in Moscow. Meanwhile, Keston College, a London-based organization that monitors religious activities in Eastern Europe, reported the release of another Christian dissident. It said that Igor Ogurtsov, 49, had completed a 20-year sentence on similar charges. No official announcement of the releases was made in either case, but Soviet officials had said two weeks ago that the freeing of Ogorodnikov was imminent.
