Conviction Reversed After 12 Years on Death Row

AUSTIN, Tex. —
The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals on Wednesday threw out the murder conviction of Robert Excell White, who has been on Death Row since August, 1974. The court said White had not been informed that anything he said to two psychiatrists could be used against him in court.
