The Louisiana Supreme Court has decided to take justice to the people.

Its session on April 6 will be held in the Ben Franklin High School library. On the agenda are cases concerning a car injury and the death penalty.

“By sitting at Ben Franklin, we can show these young people that anyone--from a person hurt in a car wreck to a person accused of a horrible crime--has access to the courts where his or her constitutional rights will be upheld,” Chief Justice John Dixon said.
