The World Alpine ski cup races in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia, were called off for the second straight day because of winds of more than 60 m.p.h. and heavy snowfall.

Both the men’s and the women’s races are set for Sunday on Bjelasnica mountain, site of the 1984 winter Olympic Games.

Men’s and women’s parallel slaloms, originally scheduled for Sunday, may be canceled, the organizers said.
