Corona Center Phase 1 Opens

The first $5-million, three-building phase of the 41-acre, $23-million Corona Business Center, off Main Street north of the Riverside (91) Freeway in Corona, has been completed by Lyle Parks Jr. Inc., La Habra.

Tenants in the first phase include an 11-screen Edwards Cinemas theater, Silver Apple Furniture with 154,000 square feet, and Bend Millwork, with 54,320 square feet. One 112,452-square-foot building is still available for lease.

The project, owned by John G. Valentine & Associates, Newport Beach, and the Socaland Group, Orange, was designed by Architectural Team III of Santa Ana, with the Parks firm serving as general contractor.
