Law Firm Leases Three Floors in Crocker Center South Tower
One of the largest leases in downtown Los Angeles has been signed for use of 76,470 square feet of office space at Crocker Center on Bunker Hill.
The prominent law firm of Hufstedler, Miller, Carlson and Beardsley plans a mid-summer occupancy of the top three floors of the 45-story South Tower, according to Dan Matlow, broker and senior vice president of Matlow-Kennedy Corp.
The 10-month negotiation culminated in a $46-million, 20-year lease with the lessor, Maguire/Thomas Partners.
The 44th and 45th floors allow for maximum design and use, Matlow said, because of their unusual 12-foot ceilings. Stewart/Romberger & Associates will design the interiors.
