All medalists from the recent World Figure Skating Championships at Cincinnati are scheduled to perform in an exhibition today at 2 p.m. at the Forum.

This is the ninth stop on a 21-day, 15-city tour.

Among the gold medalists on the tour are Canada’s Brian Orser and East Germany’s Katarina Witt, a three-time world champion who also won the gold medal in the 1984 Winter Olympics at Sarajevo, Yugoslavia.

Two 1986 world champions, Brian Boitano of Sunnyvale and Debi Thomas of San Jose, also are scheduled to skate. Both finished second this year.

Other American medalists on the tour are Caryn Kadavy of Erie, Pa., who was third in the world championships, and the pairs team of Jill Watson and Peter Oppegard, who also won bronze medals at Cincinnati.

Watson is from Bloomington, Ind., and Oppegard is from Knoxville, Tenn., but they represent the Los Angeles Figure Skating Club.

After the tour ends April 7, all of the champions probably will not be together again until the 1988 Winter Olympics next February at Calgary, Canada.
