Belcor Posts Increase of 73% for First Quarter

Belcor Inc. said net earnings during its fiscal 1987 first quarter ended Jan. 31 increased 73% to $140,410 from $81,340 a year earlier.

The Irvine-based maker of plastic bags said revenues during the three months tripled to $3 million from $1 million a year earlier.
