A Paramount man was sentenced to 12 years in Nevada State Prison after pleading guilty to holding up two banks in Reno. Emerson Stitt, 21, who was released from prison in California last December after serving 10 months for six bank robberies, was arrested at a downtown casino in Reno about a month after his release, when security guards recognized him from bank photos of a man who held up two separate branches of First Interstate Bank.
