Work Under Way on Business Park
Valley Business Center, a 290,000-square-foot multitenant business park, is under construction at Valley Boulevard and Lemon Avenue in Walnut.
The $15-million, 22.7-acre project is being developed by Ray Development Corp. of Irvine in joint venture with Occidental Development Fund III of Diamond Bar.
The leasing agent is Pacific Real Estate Services of Fountain Valley.
