Sylmar-based Sierracin settled a lawsuit.

Terms weren’t disclosed, but the company said they will have no material effect because of insurance coverage. The settlement ends a legal battle between the aerospace and electronics concern and former director Berenice Stevenson. Sierracin accused Stevenson of spreading false allegations that chairman Christoph Tribull misspent company funds. Stevenson accused Tribull of stock manipulation, defamation, breach of contract, fraud and threats against her life. Other suits against Sierracin and its chairman are pending.
