Gregory A. Fronius, the first U.S. military adviser killed in combat in El Salvador, was buried with full military honors in Pennsville, in the rural southwestern Pennsylvania hills where he grew up. Fronius, 27, a Green Beret intelligence specialist, was killed March 31 in a guerrilla raid on a Salvadoran army garrison in El Paraiso, north of San Salvador.
