Technology Marketing Inc. Acquires Eaton Division

Technology Marketing Inc. of Irvine said that it has acquired the Test Systems division of Eaton Corp. Value of the cash-and-stock deal was not released.

Technology Marketing designs and makes high technology products for other electronics manufacturers. Eaton’s Test Systems division, located in Chatsworth, makes memory and logic testers for electronics manufacturers throughout the world. Its 1986 revenues were between $10 million and $15 million, a TMI official said.
