Major Rail Line Reopened After Collision in Oregon

BAKER, Ore. —
Union Pacific repair crews Wednesday reopened Oregon’s main east-west rail line, which was damaged a day earlier when a freight train failed to stop at a red light and struck another train, derailing 12 cars and sparking a fire. Authorities said no one was injured.
