Forensic experts in Zeebrugge, Belgium, used dental charts and pieces of clothing to identify about two-thirds of 123 bodies recovered initially this week from the Herald of Free Enterprise that capsized five weeks ago, officials said. Divers, meanwhile, recovered eight more bodies from the partly submerged wreckage, bringing the confirmed death count to 173.
