The U.S. ordered duties on Brazilian orange juice.

The International Trade Commission voted to authorize the Commerce Department to impose anti-dumping duties of 1.96% on imports of Brazilian frozen concentrated orange juice. The commission voted 3 to 2 in favor of the anti-dumping petition in its final ruling on the matter. The Commerce Department had set the duty level in a separate ruling March 9. The decision was not expected to have an effect on U.S. orange juice prices, as markets had already absorbed the probability of the anti-dumping ruling.
