California Lottery officials will present a check for $917,088 to Amos H. Johnson today at the San Diego pharmacy Drug Fair, where he picked the winning Lotto numbers two weeks ago.

Johnson, a mail carrier, became one of the biggest one-time lottery winners in San Diego when he and his wife correctly picked five out of six numbers and the bonus number in the Lotto game, said Jacqueline Bradford, promotions coordinator for the California Lottery.

Johnson won the game’s second prize of $1,146,360, which entitles him to receive his winnings in one lump sum, minus 20% in taxes.
