ANN ARBOR, Mich. —
Troopers scooped and swept coins from a freeway Tuesday after bags of money apparently fell from an armored truck, a dispatcher said.
The bags fell from a Brink’s truck at about 8 a.m. on westbound Interstate 94, dispatcher Freddy Spaight said. Troopers closed one lane of the expressway, 25 miles west of Detroit. Spaight did not know how much money had spilled.
