‘Let’s Deal on Nicaragua’
I applaud Murkowski’s resolution toward ending the tensions in Central America. The conflicts will be easier to resolve without U.S.-Soviet military influence. Perhaps then the Contadora process will work.
An American consensus can be reached. Conflict may be inevitable, but war is not. Let the Central Americans solve Central American problems.
