Ronnie DeSillers, the 7-year-old Florida boy who received two liver transplants, underwent a four-hour emergency operation to stop internal bleeding discovered during exploratory surgery earlier in the day to relieve a painful abdominal condition, Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa., said. Hospital spokeswoman Lynn McMahon said the boy, whose plight has brought a flood of donations including a $1,000 check from President Reagan, was reported in critical condition. Ronnie had a second liver transplant operation April 3 after a virus attacked a new liver transplanted on Feb. 25.
