‘Unsettling Allied Enemies’
Papandreou causes much damage to both Turkish-Greek and Greek-American relations by promoting anti-Turkish and anti-American rhetoric every time he has problems with his domestic policies.
The United States should not be a party to his domestic failures. Next time he proposes to close down U.S. bases, we should take him on his promise and watch him asking to come back in the ranks.
