2 E. Germans Flee to West

KASSEL, West Germany —
Two East German brothers fled over the heavily fortified frontier into West Germany on Sunday night, border police said Monday. A spokesman said the men, 20 and 25, arrived in West Germany unharmed after crossing the border near the town of Kassel.
